PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Pneumatic cast steel fixed ball valve is a high-performance ball valve, which is composed of angular stroke pneumatic actuator and fixed ball valve. The valve is powered by compressed air. Through the mechanical transmission valve stem of piston rack and pinion, the valve can be opened, closed and adjusted by using (GT / at / AW actuator) to rotate the ball valve 90 ° with the torque output by angular stroke. The flow parameters can be adjusted and controlled by configuring the valve positioner to input 4 ~ 20mA current signal and changing the rotation angle of the valve core (any angle of 0 ~ 90 °), Realize proportional adjustment action. It is applicable to long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines, and its strength, safety and resistance to harsh environment have been specially considered in the design. Compared with the floating ball valve, during operation, all the forces generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball are transmitted to the bearing, which will not move the ball to the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure. Therefore, the fixed ball valve has small torque, small valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance and long service life. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter occasions. It is widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, water supply and drainage, electric power, light industry, papermaking and high-voltage equipment for remote centralized control or local control.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Fixed ball design. The moving parts adopt friction coefficient and small materials, and the operating torque is small and flexible.
2. The ball valve adopts full bore or reduced bore, with small flow resistance.
3. It adopts bidirectional metal movable sealing structure, with automatic compensation and self-cleaning functions, and stable sealing performance.
4. It adopts the design of bilateral movable sealing seat, with two-way sealing function, and the installation does not need to consider the flow direction of medium.
5. With anti-static structure design. A conductive spring is arranged between the valve stem and the valve body and between the valve stem and the ball to avoid electrostatic ignition and ignition of flammable media.
6. It is designed with arson function. In case of emergency fire, each sealing surface of the valve seat forms a metal to metal seal.
