PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The electric wafer type center line butterfly valve adopts an integrated structure, which can be connected to 220V AC power supply to control the operation. It can also be added to the control module to input the control signal (4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC) for regulation and control. The valve has the advantages of strong function, small volume, reliable performance, simple matching and large circulation capacity. It is especially suitable for occasions where the medium is viscous, containing particles and fibers. The valve plate and soft seal (rubber ring and Teflon ring) can be selected to reduce leakage (up to 0.01%), and the three eccentric hard seal valve body can be selected under high temperature and high pressure conditions. It is widely used in industrial process automatic control systems in food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, papermaking, electric power and other industries.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. The valve adopts double eccentric structure, which has the sealing function of closing and tightening, and the sealing performance is reliable.

2. The sealing pair is made of stainless steel and nitrile oil resistant rubber, with long service life.

3. The rubber sealing ring can be located on the valve body or on the butterfly plate. It can be suitable for media with different characteristics for users to choose.

4. The butterfly plate adopts frame structure with high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance.

5. The integral baking paint can effectively prevent corrosion, and can be used in different media as long as the sealing material of the sealing valve seat is replaced.

6. The valve has a two-way sealing function. It can be installed in any direction without being controlled by the medium flow direction or affected by the spatial position.
